How to reach the Help Center:

Open the Justlife app and log in

Tap Profile (bottom right)

Select Get Help

Choose your appointment (tap View All if it is not your latest)

Pick the topic and either start a Live Chat or create a Support Ticket
Tip: You can also find Get Help inside your booking details page to get support on a specific appointment.
Note:
- Our Live Chat is available between 7 am to 9 pm
- Email is not an official support channel. Using the app ensures your request is tracked and resolved faster
Talking to Your Professional
If you need to reach your professional before your booking starts, you can:
- Call Professional through the app (with call masking for privacy)
- Chat with Professional inside your booking
- Add or update instructions when creating your booking, or later by going to Bookings → Edit This Booking → Add Instruction. We will pass the note to your professional
Manage It Yourself
You can make changes to your one-off bookings directly in the app:
- Add special instructions
- Change duration
- Update materials (for Home Cleaning)
- Change address
- Reschedule (rescheduling penalty may apply)
- Cancel (cancellation penalty may apply)
- For packages or recurring services, please raise a support ticket or use Live Chat through the Help Center
